※生产线选用本公司研制的高效螺杆挤出机，具有高速挤出，高效塑化的特点。
※屏障型两极混炼PP-R专用螺杆，开槽机筒。
※配置二次分流型新型模具，具有低温低压挤出的特点，水膜式定径套，保证管材高速挤出。
※生产线由PLC程序化控制，设置有良好的人机界面。
※可选装标识线挤出，生产带色标线管材。
※生产线更换模具，可生产PE管材。

※Shielding double-pole mixed PP-R specialized screw is applied and the cylinder has channels in it.
※Being equipped with the new twice split-flow mold, it has the advantage of low temperature and low pressure extrusion.
※Water film type diameter setting cover guarantees high speed production of plastic pipes.
※Controlled by the PLC computer program. This production line has a good set of human-machine interface
※Customer can choose to assemble label extrusion unit to produce pipes with colored label. It can also produce pipes by changing mold.
